1、负责字节跳动研发效能基于LLM的代码智能方向的算法策略研发和落地工作，业务场景包括但不限于基于LLM的代码智能、数据推荐等； 2、跟踪基于LLM方向的最新研究成果，用以持续提升算法应用效果，研究方向包括但不限于LLM知识注入、LLM微调、LLM对指令和程序行为的理解等； 3、调研新技术，参与各类技术难题的攻关，沉淀技术能力和行业经验，与平台一起成长和发展。

1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，具备优秀的编码能力和扎实的数据结构和算法功底，NLP算法研究与开发经验或LLM训练及强化学习相关经验； 2、熟悉Linux操作系统，熟练使用至少一门编程语言（Python、C++等优先），有优秀的工程实践能力，代码风格好；熟悉深度学习、因果推断、强化学习等领域的基础理论和前沿算法； 3、熟悉主流的BERT/Transformer/GPT等预训练模型，至少从事过文本分类/实体识别/语义匹配/关系抽取等其中任一方向的算法模型开发任务并有实际业务落地经验； 4、有较强的业务问题到算法模型的建模能力，有强烈的技术好奇心、自驱力和进取心，能及时关注和学习业界最佳实践； 5、有激情，不畏难，乐于挑战，具有良好的团队合作意识、理解沟通能力及独立解决问题的能力。

加分项： 1、具备优秀工程能力，有基于LLM的代码智能应用或研究经验优先； 2、深入了解强化学习原理，对RLHF有工程落地经验者优先； 3、有国际顶级会议（ACL/EMNLP/IJCAI/AAAI/SIGIR/ICSE/ASE等）论文期刊发表者优先。
