1、面向大规模分布式系统的稳定性、架构与工程治理场景，设计并落地AI Agent解决方案，推动问题发现、根因分析、处置建议、自动修复、效果验证和防劣化形成闭环； 2、整合代码、调用链、服务依赖、日志、指标、告警、变更记录和知识库等数据，构建可理解复杂系统上下文的Agent能力；负责数据建模、知识检索、工具调用、工作流编排和多Agent协作等核心能力建设； 3、建设面向工程治理的Agent平台与工具生态，对外提供OpenAPI、MCP等标准化接口和Skills，支持业务团队及上下游系统集成； 4、深入真实生产场景，与业务架构（抖音、豆包等）、中间件、基础设施等团队协同，将高价值问题沉淀为可复用的Agent方案，推动规模化落地并持续优化体验与效果； 5、建立Agent的评测、可观测、安全和权限控制机制，保障AI能力在生产环境中的可靠运行，并持续量化其治理收益。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机/软件工程等相关专业，具备扎实的计算机基础； 2、熟悉至少一门主流编程语言（Go/C++/Java），具备良好的工程能力与代码质量意识； 3、熟悉分布式系统与微服务架构，理解服务治理常见问题与实践（可观测、稳定性、依赖治理、容灾等）； 4、具备良好的问题分析与系统性思考能力，能够在复杂链路与系统中定位问题、抽象方法并推进落地； 5、具备良好的协作与推动能力，能与多团队协同推动关键技术项目按期落地。

加分项 1、有AI for Engineering、智能运维、故障诊断、代码智能分析或自动修复相关经验； 2、有静态/动态分析、调用链、依赖图谱、日志与指标分析、知识库建设经验； 3、有Kubernetes、Service Mesh、APM、云原生平台或服务治理经验； 4、有Agent评测、可观测、权限隔离、安全治理或平台产品化经验； 5、有将AI能力从原型推进到生产、并量化业务收益的成功案例。
