1、负责Data Agent核心系统设计与开发，融合LLM推理、知识图谱、向量检索等技术，构建可扩展的Agent框架，实现智能BI场景下的自动化数据洞察与问答； 2、构建高可用、可扩展的Agent运行时（Runtime）系统，设计并落地复杂的任务编排流程，解决服务通信、状态管理、并发控制及系统稳定性难题；推动AI技术在数据基建和企业智能场景的落地； 3、负责NL2SQL/DSL/Code生成的核心算法优化，熟悉模型微调及In-context Learning策略，提升模型在复杂Schema下的语义解析能力；深入研究Schema Linking、Self-Correction，推动生成准确率达到业界优秀水平； 4、跟踪大模型在推理（Reasoning）、长上下文（Long Context）及Agent规划（Planning）领域的前沿算法，探索CoT/ToT、ReAct等复杂推理范式在数据分析场景的应用；结合RAG检索增强与领域知识图谱，研发垂直场景下的模型适配与对齐技术，通过算法创新优化模型幻觉与逻辑推理问题。

1、5年以上服务端或算法相关从业经验，有AI Agent研发经验者优先； 2、扎实掌握计算机基础知识，精通至少一门主流编程语言，熟悉分布式、微服务及常用中间件； 3、具备LLM应用工程能力：熟悉模型推理链路与成本/时延优化，熟悉Prompt优化、函数调用、结构化输出、上下文管理、与安全治理（越权、注入等）； 4、具备Agentic Engineering能力：能设计可扩展的Agent框架（规划-执行-反思/自检）、状态管理、记忆与会话、工具/插件体系、任务编排；有多Agent协同（角色分工、通信协议、冲突处理、仲裁与融合）经验优先； 5、精通RAG架构设计与落地：数据接入与清洗、切分与索引、Embedding与召回/重排、向量库选型与调优、引用溯源与答案可信度；能针对智能BI场景做效果评估与持续迭代。
