1、参与抖音AI创作团队AI Native研发链路、流程建设，推动AI Native基建建设，协同产品、算法等团队提升用户体验； 2、参与多媒体仓库的迭代与业务开发； 3、负责AI Coding方向的工程化落地，推进代码生成、测试辅助、代码评审、研发协同等能力进入真实研发流程，深入参与团队内各个虚拟资产生产流程，推动Harness Engineering等前沿实践沉淀为团队级方法论和工程标准； 4、参与评测、知识库、上下文管理等基础能力建设，对AI Native提效效果进行持续调优，并持续通过数据分析与策略改进； 5、跟踪AI技术趋势，思考AI研发新范式、AI新技术在研发提效中的落地场景。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，深刻理解计算机系统原理，具备扎实的数据结构和算法基础以及编程能力； 2、具备扎实的工程化和架构思维，至少熟悉C++与一项脚本语言，有多媒体内容处理开发技术背景和工程管理维护经验，能够将快速变化的AI能力转化为稳定、可治理、可复制的解决方案； 3、对Agent技术在研发场景落地有兴趣，了解最新Agent运行机制与设计理念，在上下文工程、Skills、Agent编排、评测等有实践经验；并能清晰阐述如何通过Agent解决实际业务问题； 4、优秀的系统设计与问题拆解能力：能够将模糊、复杂的业务问题，拆解为清晰、可执行的技术模块和迭代路径，能够在复杂场景下与业务、研发、QA等角色高效协作； 5、对新技术保持好奇心和执行力，具备良好的沟通协作能力、自驱力，愿意在快速变化的AI领域中持续学习与探索。
