ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。

1、协助负责Agent评测集的构建工作； 2、协助进行Agent评测的运营组织； 3、基于评测轨迹数据进行Trace分析，并结合数据总结模型典型行为特征。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、至少3个月实习，具备Claude Code、Codex等一线AI编程工具的重度使用经验；对大模型有一定基础认知； 3、对LLM/Agent/General Agent领域有了解，知道工具调用（Function Call）、多轮规划、上下文管理等基本概念；了解常用的LLM API调用协议与关键参数； 4、能读懂JSON、日志、基础脚本（Python/SQL），可自行做数据清洗与批量处理； 5、逻辑与拆解能力强：能把一个模糊的"任务失败"拆解成可验证的步骤链条，定位到具体环节，而非停留在"感觉不好"；文字与结构化表达能力：能把复杂的分析过程写成清晰、有条理的结论；求真态度：结论基于实际Trace证据，不做无根据推测；对不确定的地方主动标注和求证。

加分项 1、参与构建过评测集或发布过Benchmark相关论文优先； 2、有AI产品体验或评测、数据标注、用户研究相关经历； 3、对Prompt、模型能力边界有实操感知，能设计评测维度与判断标准。
