1、精通Java/Golang/PHP中的一种或者多种语言，有较强的架构设计能力和良好的代码规范； 2、熟悉GNU Linux，熟悉SQL及常用的SQL优化技巧，深入理解MySQL等主流数据库的底层原理与性能调优； 3、对大模型（LLM）、Prompt工程、RAG、Agent框架（扣子、Eino等）以及Harness等有实践经验； 4、具备能够将AI技术与电商业务场景深度结合者优先； 5、学习能力强，具备出色的问题分析和解决能力，对前沿技术（特别是AI领域）有敏锐感知并愿意持续钻研； 6、质量意识高，对项目交付质量追求，具备稳定性保障意识，沟通表达能力强，具备优秀的跨团队协作精神。
