1、参与抖音研发团队AI-Native研发工具建设，推动AI-Native基建建设，协同产品、算法等团队提升用户体验； 2、参与抖音研发团队基建Agent开发，负责需求开发中代码生成效果、全流程交付效果，参与Agent框架建设、编排调度、上下文工程建设、模型适配等，提升需求交付效率； 3、参与评测、知识库、上下文管理等基础能力建设，对大模型应用效果进行持续调优，通过数据分析与策略改进，提升工具的性能和体验； 4、跟踪AI技术趋势，思考AI研发新范式、AI新技术在研发提效中的落地场景，驱动产品创新。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、开发语言和技术栈不限，熟悉Golang/Python/TypeScript优先，并熟悉常见的软件开发模式； 3、对AI应用方向有强烈的兴趣，熟悉Agent相关的常见范式架构，如Plan&Excute、ReAct、Workflow等，熟悉模型的工作原理和特性，并能结合原理和特性做稳定性、成本和效果优化优先； 4、业务理解能力强，能够针对业务上的需求梳理业务边界并快速匹配最适合的Agent工作流范式； 5、对行业流行的常见模型优缺点有大致的了解，并了解如何系统科学的评测帮助做模型选型； 6、掌握模型原理优先，对常见的CNN、RNN、Transformer模型结构及推理架构有一定的了解优先，对模型的二次训练原理及方法了解优先，如SFT、LoRA-SFT、DPO等。
