1、负责AI应用底座中上下文层（Context Layer）的架构设计与端到端交付；该层是大模型应用的“认知中枢”，承担上下文的组装、压缩、路由、检索、记忆与结构化数据接入，直接决定上层Agent的推理质量、响应速度与成本；候选人需同时具备系统架构能力与LLM工程化落地经验，主导Context Layer建设与规模化演进； 2、设计并落地统一的上下文拼装、压缩与路由框架，作为所有Agent/Copilot调用大模型前的标准入口，定义上下文Schema、优先级策略，在有限上下文窗口内最大化信息密度； 3、构建上下文压缩管线：滑动窗口、语义摘要、结构化抽取、冗余剔除多策略组合； 4、实现智能路由：根据任务类型、模型能力、延迟与成本约束，动态分发至不同RAG源、Memory层、工具调用； 5、提供标准化SDK/API/Skills/CLI等，支撑AI应用接入，保障准确度和SLA。

1、计算机、数据挖掘、AI相关专业，5年以上研发经验，其中3年以上平台或基础架构主导经验； 2、深入理解LLM应用架构：Prompt Engineering、Context Engineering、Agent Framework、Tool Use； 3、精通RAG全链路：解析、Embedding、向量库（Milvus/Faiss/等）、混合检索、Rerank； 4、具备分布式系统、在线服务、存储与检索系统的工程化落地经验，熟悉高可用、低延迟、成本治理； 5、精通至少一门主流语言（Go/Python/Java/Rust），具备扎实的数据结构与算法能力； 6、强结果导向与交付能力，能在复杂需求下做出清晰的技术取舍；具备平台化思维，能够抽象共性、建设长期资产，而非一次性交付；优秀的跨团队协作与向上沟通能力，能牵引算法、工程、产品、数据多方对齐。

加分 1、主导过企业级Context Service或Memory系统建设； 2、在NL2SQL/DSL、Semantic Layer、数据资产治理领域有成功落地案例； 3、熟悉湖仓一体、元数据治理、敏感字段检测、数据权限管理； 4、具有成功中台产品建设经验。
