团队介绍：AI 数据与安全团队为 Seed 基座模型及 AI 原生应用提供跨模态数据服务，覆盖数据生产全流程，包含模型评估标准的制定、数据规模化生产、数据飞轮搭建，不断提升数据质量，支持模型快速迭代。 团队由产品经理、数据工程、数据运营等跨职能人才组成，并通过与 Seed 研究员、行业专家、全球顶尖数据供应商紧密合作，从真实场景中收集反馈并分析模型表现数据，解决 AI 前沿突破过程中的复杂数据问题，推动模型性能与用户体验的双重提升。我们既是帮助模型技术迭代的一线贡献者，也是模型和 AI 产品的一手用户。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与手机助手、可穿戴硬件等方向的大模型评测工作，协助建设端到端评测体系，沉淀能够反映真实用户体验、发现模型问题并支持模型迭代的评测集与评测标准； 2、根据不同业务阶段拆解评测目标，参与评测方案设计、案例构造、问题归因及效果分析，支持专项评测与版本准出； 3、参与自动化评测及提效工具建设，能够基于实际评测需求编写Skill、搭建Agent/Workflow，优化数据处理、评测执行、质检及分析流程； 4、对评测结果及数据变化保持敏感，能够从数据中发现异常、定位问题，并结合模型表现、执行链路和用户体验进行分析； 5、与产品、研发、算法等团队协作，推进专项评测任务落地，并参与评测结论及分析报告输出； 6、持续关注大模型、智能助手、AI Agent、智能硬件及可穿戴设备等方向，参与沉淀评测案例、工具和方法论。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、数学、统计学等相关专业优先； 2、对大模型、AI Agent、智能助手及智能硬件有较强兴趣，愿意实际使用和探索手机、眼镜等硬件产品，对新产品、新技术保持好奇心； 3、具备较强的逻辑分析和问题拆解能力，能够判断任务是否完成，并对模型回答、工具调用、执行结果及用户体验进行分析； 4、具备一定的Agent/自动化实践能力，能够编写Skill、Prompt，并搭建基础Workflow； 5、对数据敏感，能够主动发现数据异常、结果差异及潜在问题，具备基础的数据分析意识，对数据准确性和细节有较高要求； 6、具备基础的数据处理或代码能力，包括但不限于Python、SQL，能够独立完成基础的数据清洗、分析或自动化处理。
