1、负责小花AI抖音助手核心链路Agent研发，覆盖2Tab、综合搜索、视搜、IM、Feed双列等多个场景触点，参与设计AI内容的统一决策、编排架构、Agent调度； 2、负责Core Loop执行引擎建设，打磨Reason-Act编排、上下文组装、能力路由与失败降级，设计前置意图过滤、分级路由策略，在效果、延迟和成本之间取得工程最优解； 3、负责调度抖音各种完整技术生态：向下对接算法召回排序链路，整合n+如意特型卡片作为Tool接入Agent决策体系，向上适配Lynx/A2UINative等多端渲染协议，让Agent的每一次决策都能落到用户可感知的体验上； 4、负责Tool/MCP/Skill/A2A能力接入体系与Context/HistoryMemory体系建设，设计能力注册、版本管理、权限控制、调用契约，以及跨会话记忆的记录、召回、纠正与用户控制机制； 5、负责长任务运行时、执行沙箱与端到端质量评测底座建设，支撑Scheduled Task、A2A创作等异步场景，并通过Trace、分段归因、任务级评测持续量化Agent在真实搜索流量下的能力提升。

1、对大模型应用、Al Agent有深刻理解与实战经验，熟悉ReAct、Function Calling、RAG、Multi-Agent等主流范式，有从0到1搭建Agent服务端体系的经历；有搜索、推荐等信息系统经验者优先； 2、扎实的后端工程功底，具备高并发、高可用分布式系统设计与落地经验；熟悉流式协议（SSE）、异步任务调度、状态机设计，能在延迟和调用成本的双重约束下做架构权衡； 3、具备优秀的业务洞察力，能从用户真实Query意图出发拆解技术问题，擅长数据驱动优化，在效果、成本、体验之间做合理trade-off； 4、具备良好的跨团队协作能力，能与产品、算法等多个团队高效协同，推动复杂系统协同落地。
