1、支撑抖音亿级用户创作需求，深耕AIGC核心赛道，主导AI原生应用相关的产品迭代与技术优化； 2、基于移动端原生开发基础，结合音视频相关技术，全链路视角实现AI应用性能优化与极致用户体验； 3、跟进AI相关前沿技术，数据驱动思维推动产品落地，攻克多模态交互、音视频、稳定性、性能、安全合规等相关难点； 4、参与技术架构优化，提升研发效率与代码质量，推动技术方案持续迭代。

1、计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，2年以上移动端开发经验； 2、精通移动端原生开发技术，深入掌握Kotlin/Java或Swift/Objective-C语言； 3、熟悉常用开源框架原理，具备良好的架构设计能力； 4、对AIGC、创作领域充满热情，关注行业前沿动态，兼具产品思考、技术好奇心与攻坚精神，乐于探索新技术并落地业务价值； 5、了解多模态交互技术、大模型相关基础知识，具有AI原生应用、音视频相关开发经验优先； 6、有开源项目贡献经验、技术分享、AI落地研发效能场景者优先。
