1、负责Lite Android客户端功能与体验相关能力建设，参与业务需求开发、体验优化和专项治理； 2、在需求分析、方案设计、编码实现、测试验证、问题定位和文档沉淀中主动使用AI Coding和Agent工具提升研发效率与交付质量； 3、在实际项目中沉淀AI Agent辅助研发的Skill、工作流、知识库等团队资产，推进未来研发的全栈转型； 4、对AI生成结果保持工程判断，能够识别潜在风险、边界缺失，能够通过优化Agent/Skill、知识库等方法提升Agent的交付效果，确保最终交付结果可靠可用。

1、具备3年以上Android客户端开发经验； 2、熟练掌握Java/Kotlin，熟悉Android平台开发体系，理解UI、网络、多线程、多媒体等核心机制； 3、对AI Coding有强烈兴趣，愿意主动尝试并持续优化自己的研发工作方式； 4、具备较强学习能力、自驱力和成长意愿，能够在快速变化的环境中持续进步。
