1、负责小花AI抖音助手整体业务架构的规划与落地，规划各阶段的技术建设路线； 2、负责搜索业务全链路上下游（召回、排序、如意卡片、电商&本地生活等），判断业务需求和技术可行性； 3、主导架构方案设计与Review，把控架构演进节奏，保障系统稳定性。

1、对大模型应用、Al Agent有深刻理解与实战经验，熟悉ReAct、Function Calling、RAG、Multi-Agent等主流范式； 2、有搜索、推荐、广告等信息系统经验优先；有多模态相关经验优先； 3、具备3年以上后端系统架构经验，有从0到1搭建复杂系统的经验优先； 4、具备良好的跨团队协作能力，能与产品、算法等多个团队高效协同，推动复杂系统协同落地。
