1、作为广告商家服务方向的大模型算法团队成员，致力于打造面向广告主的下一代AI经营成长伙伴；负责Agent和模型的研发与落地，服务于在字节跳动平台经营和投广的商家，覆盖电商、本地生活、游戏、短剧等多个行业及独立App/平台Web/抖音私信/微信/电话外呼等多个场景；需实现商家问题解答、经营状态理解、问题诊断、工具调用、长程任务完成及商家提案说服等功能；聚焦模型经营和投广专家级能力打造，包括理解、推理、多轮沟通、行动引导和持续学习能力，通过长程对话帮助商家提升经营效果，为平台创造可衡量的商业价值； 2、调研并应用前沿的大规模模型高效训练/推理方案，包括但不限于极致优化SFT、RM、RLHF等技术； 3、聚焦LLM的Post-training技术，以及RL与LLM-based Agent相结合的交叉研究与应用落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，机器学习、人工智能、数理统计等相关专业背景优先； 2、熟悉大模型的相关基础知识，具备大语言模型相关训练或推理的基础知识； 3、熟悉LLM Post-training技术，例如SFT/RLHF的常用方法；熟悉Agent领域，了解Agentic RL的常见方法； 4、具备代码工程能力、数据结构和基础算法功底，熟练掌握Python等编程语言，熟悉常用AI工具； 5、具备激情与探索精神，乐于了解业务知识，拥有良好的团队合作意识、沟通能力及独立解决问题的能力。
