1、参与生产级AI Agent的端到端研发：围绕广告增长与销售工作流，将业务问题抽象为可执行的Agent方案，参与需求分析、架构设计、开发调试、上线验证和持续迭代； 2、建设Agent Runtime与核心编排能力：参与任务规划、状态与上下文管理、记忆机制、模型与工具路由、异常恢复等模块建设，提升复杂任务的完成率与系统稳定性； 3、开发并沉淀Agent工具生态：负责MCP Server、Tool和Agent Skill的开发、接入与调试，完善权限控制、参数校验、错误处理及可复用规范，让Agent能够安全、稳定地连接内部数据与业务系统； 4、建设Agent评测与探索自演化策略：参与Playground、案例Studio、会话重放等评测基础设施，构建离线评测集、自动化回归和线上效果分析，探索Agent自演化策略并在业务场景落地； 5、探索基于Ontology的执行系统：探索构建增长Ontology，并实现基于Ontology的决策和执行策略开发。

1、计算机、电子、自动化、数学或相关领域硕士学位及以上； 2、1年以上互联网研发经验，具备扎实的计算机基础（数据结构、算法、操作系统、网络）； 3、对AI Agent架构有深入理解，熟悉开源社区最新进展； 4、优秀的系统设计能力，能在复杂业务场景中制定合理的技术方案； 5、良好的团队协作与沟通能力。

加分项 1、有广告系统/推荐系统/大数据平台开发经验，曾主导过至少一个项目的完整交付； 2、拥有开源AI项目贡献或技术博客产出，数据分析与产品思维兼备，能从业务视角驱动技术决策； 3、具备良好的英文技术文档阅读与书面沟通能力。
