1、负责研发团队端到端全链路AI原生研发流程落地，包括AI原生架构设计、Agent等能力研发等，完成传统研发模式向AI原生研发模式转型需要的技术储备、能力建设、架构演进； 2、负责Agent工具的架构设计与实现，建设好代码生成能力、流程编排能力、知识记忆体系、Skills体系、数据飞轮体系； 3、负责AI生态套件的规划与建设，打通公司内各研发办公平台，建设体系化的通用Skill集，建设团队定制化的AI Workflow； 4、负责AI评测与观测体系搭建，通过多维度的评测及观测指标，量化分析AI工具产品力、竞争力、用户体验、可用性、成本等能力水位； 5、负责探索未来AI Agent演进方向，规划设计整套解决方案的中长期目标和技术架构方案。

1、有AI Agent、DevOps工具链、IDE插件、SRE运维工具相关开发经验，能够独立推进功能落地与方案实现； 2、具备扎实的工程架构和实现能力，熟悉主流Agent框架架构方案； 3、对AI前沿方向有深刻理解与认知，持续关注AI Coding/Test/Ops、模型能力演进、Agent技术架构及发展形态等方向，具备结合业务场景设计产品、技术选型与落地实现的能力； 4、具备良好的工程化思维与架构能力，能从0到1实现产品设计和技术方案产出与实现，并能推动项目跨团队落地。

加分项 1、有数据库领域背景，熟悉MySQL/Redis/MongoDB等常见数据库云服务架构者优先； 2、有AI Agent、研发AI工作流等相关实践经验优先； 3、有参与过企业级AI提效产品设计、实现与落地经验者优先； 4、AI Agent开源项目贡献者，或有过AI Agent相关技术博客/分享经验优先。
