1、深入广告投放、内容生产、经营分析等真实业务场景，与产品、算法、运营以及行业专家一起定义问题，构建真正解决业务问题的Agent； 2、参与Agent Runtime、Harness核心能力建设：Planning、Context、Memory、Tool、Skill、Workflow、Multi-Agent、Human-in-the-loop、Long-running Agent等； 3、解决Agent在真实生产环境中的关键问题：多轮任务漂移、工具错误调用、事实与策略不一致、长Context成本、状态恢复、执行稳定性、高并发与低延迟、复杂任务成功率等； 4、建立Agent的评测与进化体系：Evaluation、Benchmark、Trace Analysis、GT、Online Signal、Reflection、Skill Evolution。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业； 2、熟悉Go/Python/Java/JavaScript/TypeScript等至少一门语言，有扎实的软件工程能力，能把复杂系统真正做上线、做稳定； 3、对LLM/Agent有较强兴趣，并愿意理解模型真正的能力边界； 4、能面对没有标准答案的问题，自己拆问题、做判断、推进结果； 5、不把自己限制在“研发需求”里，愿意理解产品、算法、数据和业务； 6、对最终结果敏感，而不满足于“功能已经上线”。

加分项： 1、有Agent/LLM产品真实生产落地经验，而不仅是Demo； 2、做过Agent Runtime/Harness/Workflow/Multi-Agent/Tool System，对Context Engineering、Memory、Skill、Tool Use有深入实践，有Agent Evaluation/Benchmark/Trace Analysis/自动优化经验，或做过长期运行、强状态、多轮决策类Agent； 3、有广告、推荐、搜索、电商、内容、交易、风控等复杂业务经验；有广告投放、广告平台、增长、商业化相关经验； 4、对强化学习、搜索、规划、优化算法、因果分析等有理解，或做过数据驱动决策系统或策略系统； 5、有较强产品感，习惯站在客户视角思考问题； 6、有优秀开源项目、技术博客、论文或个人Agent项目。
