团队介绍：字节跳动Flow产品研发团队，专注研究AI智能化相关业务落地，目前落地豆包、Dola等APP，以及对应的Bot开发平台等AI智能化创新产品，业务和团队均处于快速发展期，成长空间大，欢迎各位同学加入！

1、参与AI娱乐/陪伴场景下的Agent Harness系统设计与开发，在导师指导下完成智能体规划、工具编排、RAG增强、长上下文管理、任务调度等核心模块的迭代与优化； 2、参与Agent效果评估和质量保障工作，协助设计场景化评测用例与数据集，支持自动化评测流水线、版本回归与A/B实验，让模型和Agent的迭代效果可量化、可溯源； 3、参与Agent全链路可观测相关工具的开发，包括执行轨迹追踪、结构化日志、性能监控与异常告警，协助改进调试工具与链路回放工具，提升问题排查效率； 4、结合内部真实任务与用户反馈，参与Harness产品的持续迭代，并协助维护相关技术文档与链路。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、对Agent及其工程化有浓厚兴趣；熟悉TypeScript/JavaScript开发，具备一定的工程模块设计意识；了解Go或其它至少一门后端语言，有能力搭建简单的服务与API； 3、对LLM与Agent的基本机制与原理有初步了解（如LLM API、Agent Loop、Tool Use、Planning、Memory、RAG、MCP等概念）； 4、是AI Agent产品的深度使用者（如Codex、Claude Code、Cursor、OpenClaw、Manus、Cowork等），并已经把它们融入到自己的学习或生活中； 5、具备良好的沟通与团队协作意识，乐于在导师带领下共同成长。

【加分项】 1、有AI行业实习、创业或开源项目经验，尤其是Agent相关的0-1项目实践； 2、作为团队或个人开发者快速迭代产品的经历（如独立作品、黑客松项目等）； 3、参与开源社区，有个人作品或贡献记录； 4、学习能力强，能够借助AI辅助，在缺乏直接经验的领域（如新语言、新框架）快速上手并系统性学习。
