团队介绍：产品研发和工程架构-Seed 团队深耕大模型技术在场景中的创新应用，负责多款AI产品的工程研发 —— 包括豆包、飞书、豆包工作、豆包爱学、Gauth、猫箱等创新产品，覆盖消费级与企业级多个场景。我们致力于将大模型能力从 "生成内容" 推进到 "完成工作"，让 AI 服务用户日常与企业协作。你将面对多模态交互、工具调用可靠性、企业级数据安全等真实工程挑战，与团队一起推动 AI 生产力落地。

1、负责豆包、飞书智能协作产品中AI Agent相关能力的前端研发，打造面向亿级用户的AI原生协作体验； 2、参与AI Agent产品形态、交互链路和前端工程架构设计，支持智能问答、智能文档、自动化任务执行、工具调用等场景在飞书产品中的落地； 3、基于TypeScript/React等技术栈，开发高质量、可维护、可扩展的复杂前端应用，持续优化产品体验与性能； 4、与产品、设计、算法、服务端等团队紧密协作，将大模型能力转化为稳定、易用、高质量的前端产品功能； 5、参与团队工程效能建设，通过前端工程化、工具链优化、组件化建设等方式提升研发效率和交付质量。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先，具备2年及以上前端或客户端开发经验； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础，熟悉数据结构、算法、网络、浏览器原理、前端工程化等基础知识； 3、熟悉TypeScript/JavaScript，熟练掌握React，有复杂Web应用、组件化、状态管理、性能优化等实践经验； 4、关注前端前沿技术，具备较强的学习能力和技术判断力，能够主动发现问题并推动改进； 5、对AI/大模型方向有热情，了解LLM基本概念，有Agent、RAG、Prompt Engineering、工具调用、智能工作流等相关项目经验者优先； 6、具备良好的产品思维和用户体验意识，能够从业务场景出发设计和实现高质量交互；具备良好的团队协作意识，乐于分享经验，能够帮助团队共同成长。

加分项： 1、有AI应用前端开发、Electron、跨端开发、前端工程化、性能优化、开源项目贡献经验优先； 2、有一定服务端开发经验或服务端协作意愿者优先。
