1、负责PC端/Web端产品的前端架构设计、功能开发和性能优化； 2、参与桌面客户端相关业务开发，包括窗口管理、系统能力调用、客户端与Web容器协作等场景； 3、与产品、设计、后端、客户端团队协作，完成高质量的用户界面和交互体验； 4、关注前端工程化建设，包括构建配置、组件复用、代码质量、自动化测试和发布流程； 5、分析并解决复杂前端问题，包括性能瓶颈、兼容性问题、内存泄漏、渲染异常等； 6、跟进前端、桌面客户端和操作系统相关技术发展，持续推动技术方案优化。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先； 2、3年及以上前端开发经验，熟悉JavaScript/TypeScript、HTML、CSS，熟悉React/Vue/Angular至少一种主流前端框架，有项目开发经验，熟悉前端工程化体系，了解Vite/Webpack/Rspack/Rollup等构建工具，理解浏览器运行机制，包括渲染流程、事件循环、缓存、网络请求、安全策略等； 3、对操作系统基础有一定了解，包括进程、线程、文件系统、网络、权限、IPC等概念； 4、具备良好的问题定位能力，能够使用DevTools、性能分析工具、日志和监控系统排查问题； 5、具备良好的代码习惯、沟通能力和团队协作意识； 6、有PC客户端开发经验优先，例如Electron、Tauri、CEF、Qt WebEngine、WebView2、Flutter Desktop等。

【加分项】： 1、有Electron/Tauri/CEF/WebView2实际项目经验； 2、熟悉Windows/macOS/Linux任一平台的系统能力调用或客户端开发模式； 3、有跨端框架、插件系统、桌面端自动更新、崩溃监控、性能监控经验； 4、熟悉Node.js，能够处理本地文件、系统进程、网络代理等场景； 5、有SaaS、协同办公、开发者工具、IDE、IM、低代码平台等复杂应用开发经验； 6、有前端安全、权限模型、沙箱隔离、客户端稳定性治理经验。
