1、主导高并发核心链路研发：参与TikTok生活服务搜索在线服务的架构设计与开发，在复杂业务与超大流量场景下，持续提升系统性能、稳定性与工程效率； 2、全流程推动业务闭环落地：深入参与TikTok生活服务搜索业务的全链路研发，与产品、算法、前端等多团队紧密协作，确保搜索体验与业务目标协同达成； 3、主导AI搜索工程应用：围绕LLM+Search、RAG、多模态理解、Agent等方向，参与AI在搜索召回、排序、问答、交易导购、自动化评估等场景的工程化落地，建设AI驱动的新一代搜索体验； 4、推动AI工程体系建设：参与生活服务RAG工程、AI评测、AI Coding等基础能力建设，提升研发效率与搜索智能化水平。

1、扎实的计算机基础和优秀的代码能力，熟练掌握至少一门主流后端语言（Go/Java/C++等）； 2、具备分布式系统设计与优化经验，理解一致性、容错、限流降级、服务治理等核心机制； 3、熟悉常见存储与中间件（MySQL、Redis、消息队列、搜索引擎等），具备性能调优能力； 4、有高并发、低延迟在线系统经验（搜索、推荐、广告等优先），或有LLM/RAG/Agent/多模态理解等AI工程落地经验，参与过AI搜索、AI问答、Copilot、AI Workflow等系统建设； 5、良好的抽象能力与问题拆解能力，能够在复杂业务场景下设计可扩展的系统方案； 6、善于沟通，不设边界，能够与产品、QA团队积极配合，共同保障业务的研发与上线。
