1、深度参与TikTok隐私安全工单治理场景全托管Agent的设计和开发，在数十万治理工单量级下，减少对业务研发的打扰，让Agent全/半托管自动完成治理任务，主动/自助完成工单的运营智能催办、智能问答等； 2、全流程推动业务闭环落地，与算法、运营、研发等多团队紧密协作，确保治理业务目标协同达成； 3、优化Agent应用性能效率和产出效果，深度理解Agent的实现机制和业务流程，针对评测过程中发现的问题，结合具体案例进行根源分析，量化输出可落地的优化方向与改进建议； 4、持续推进Agent Context Engineering，优化包括RAG、工具系统在内的生态体系，提高Agent的运行效率和稳定性，为高并发、多场景的业务环境提供有力的技术支撑； 5、构建端到端的Agent评测体系，协同数据科学、模型算法团队，深入探索系统的评测方案，从用户满意度、业务指标等多个维度对Agent进行全面评估，为后续优化提供数据支持和决策依据； 6、不断探索和应用前沿的技术和方法，为团队带来创新思路和解决方案。

1、扎实的计算机基础和优秀的代码能力，熟练掌握至少一门主流后端语言（Go、Java、C++等）； 2、具备分布式系统设计与优化经验，理解一致性、容错、限流降级、服务治理等核心机制； 3、熟悉常见存储与中间件（MySQL、Redis、消息队列、搜索引擎等），具备性能调优能力； 4、有LLM/RAG/Agent/多模态理解等AI工程落地经验，参与过AI问答、Copilot、AI Workflow等系统建设； 5、良好的抽象能力与问题拆解能力，能够在复杂业务场景下设计可扩展的系统方案； 6、善于沟通，不设边界，能够与算法、运营团队积极配合，共同保障业务的研发与上线。
