团队介绍：AI 数据与安全团队为 Seed 基座模型及 AI 原生应用提供跨模态数据服务，覆盖数据生产全流程，包含模型评估标准的制定、数据规模化生产、数据飞轮搭建，不断提升数据质量，支持模型快速迭代。 团队由产品经理、数据工程、数据运营等跨职能人才组成，并通过与 Seed 研究员、行业专家、全球顶尖数据供应商紧密合作，从真实场景中收集反馈并分析模型表现数据，解决 AI 前沿突破过程中的复杂数据问题，推动模型性能与用户体验的双重提升。我们既是帮助模型技术迭代的一线贡献者，也是模型和 AI 产品的一手用户。

1、负责企业级大模型应用与AI Agent项目的全生命周期管理，聚焦智能客服、智能营销、智能外呼等场景，推动客户需求从业务洞察、方案设计到最终落地交付； 2、担任重点客户及战略项目的POC/项目负责人，牵头完成需求澄清、场景拆解、技术路径设计、资源协调、里程碑管理与风险控制，保障项目核心目标高质量达成； 3、面向客户业务场景，结合Prompt Engineering、上下文工程、RAG、知识库构建、Agent工作流、多轮对话优化、模型精调数据构造等能力，设计可落地、可复用、可规模化的AI解决方案； 4、深入理解客户业务流程与关键痛点，负责客户沟通、需求管理与反馈闭环，协调产品、算法、研发、标注与交付团队快速响应项目变化，平衡客户体验、技术可行性与交付效率； 5、持续跟踪大模型、AI Agent、知识工程、多模态、模型评测与自动化交付等领域的发展趋势，引入先进方法、工具与最佳实践，提升项目交付的标准化、智能化与规模化能力； 6、沉淀项目方法论、交付模板、数据规范与培训体系，赋能交付团队提升大模型应用项目的方案能力、问题定位能力和客户成功能力。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、数据科学、软件工程、信息管理等相关专业优先； 2、具备大模型应用、AI Agent、智能客服、智能营销、知识库问答、RAG或企业级AI解决方案相关经验，能够理解从业务场景到技术实现的完整链路； 3、熟悉Prompt Engineering、上下文工程、Agent编排、知识库构建、模型评测、数据构造与模型优化等方法，了解主流大模型能力边界及应用落地方式； 4、具备一定技术理解和实现能力，有API调用、脚本开发、数据处理、自动化工具搭建经验者优先； 5、具备优秀的客户沟通、项目推进和跨团队协作能力，能够在复杂项目中快速识别问题、推动决策并拿到结果； 6、对AI技术发展有强烈兴趣，关注大模型、Agentic AI、多模态、企业智能化等前沿趋势，具备持续学习能力和将新技术转化为业务价值的意识，自驱、靠谱、有韧性，具备较强的问题解决能力、结构化思维和责任心，能够在快速变化的业务环境中独立承担关键任务。
