团队介绍：AI芯片团队深耕人工智能芯片研发领域，产品覆盖云端与终端场景，致力于提供高效率、低成本的AI芯片及 SoC 解决方案，满足公司内外AI及相关业务的算力需求。团队自主设计了多款AI芯片，涵盖推理、训练场景，具有高性能、高精度、高灵活性、编译器友好、低成本等特点。核心AI加速核与AI软件栈均为自主研发，具备完整知识产权，能够支撑面向不同模型、不同部署场景的持续演进与优化。

1、跟踪业界技术动态，了解集团内部业务需求及痛点，完成AI芯片互联方向的需求分析、产品规格定义，并完成芯片整体架构设计及未来规划； 2、为芯片产品的竞争力负责，完成具备优秀商业价值的芯片架构设计； 3、支持芯片内部团队完成全相关设计及开发，支持软件、业务完成相关联调，过程中及时识别并推动解决各类难题，确保芯片的顺利落地。

1、电子、微电子、计算机等相关专业硕士及以上学位； 2、有5年以上网卡或交换等网络处理芯片的架构设计经验，并有成功的芯片落地经验； 3、熟悉RDMA协议，了解Scale up/Out网络流量模型，并有相关芯片项目经历； 4、需要同时熟悉AI业务（包括模型结构、部署策略、计算通信优化）和scale-out/scale-up的实现，负责跟踪AI的演进和业务的需求，把业务的需求分解映射到项目需求和实现方案； 5、熟悉报文处理、流量管理、缓存管理等常见网络处理实现架构； 6、熟悉计算机体系结构，熟悉MAC、PCIe、AMBA、DDR等常用接口或协议；了解芯片物理实现的流程和限制，能够确保所设计的芯片架构物理可实现；具备良好的沟通、协调能力。

加分项 1、有ESL建模经验； 2、熟悉高性能交换芯片（12.8T以上）实现架构； 3、有网络处理芯片性能建模优化经验。
