1、负责AI富文本原生编辑器的产品设计，跑通「自然语言输入—AI生成/修改—差异对比—局部采纳/合并—撤销与版本追溯」的人机协同编辑链路； 2、负责通用Agent框架建设及编辑器内容模型设计，包括意图分类与路由、上下文和状态管理、任务编排、工具调用以及异常兜底，支持不同业务意图快速接入和独立迭代；设计编辑器内容模型及Agent读写协议，推动文本内容的结构化提炼、可视化表达和多场景复用，打通创作、编辑与消费体验； 3、建立Agent及编辑器效果指标，持续优化意图识别准确率、任务完成率、工具调用成功率、编辑采纳率和响应效率； 4、协同算法、研发及业务产品团队，推动复杂AI能力从方案设计到上线落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、大数据等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉大模型和Agent产品原理，理解意图路由、上下文管理、Function Calling、工具调用和工作流编排，能够结合执行轨迹定位问题； 3、具备良好的数据意识和产品判断力，能够建立评测标准并持续推动效果迭代； 4、具备较强的用户洞察、逻辑分析和项目推动能力，能够高效协同算法、研发及业务团队。
