日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：字节跳动AI创新业务团队，在这里你将有机会参与到行业前沿产品的规划设计，开拓自己的行业视野，与先进团队共同成长。

1、数据分析与洞察：负责用户行为数据的采集、清洗与分析，包括但不限于用户意图分类标注、负面案例归因分析、分类占比统计等，从数据中提炼产品方向； 2、策略文档输出：参与产品策略需求文档的撰写与迭代，完成场景梳理、理想态定义、Skill定义等文档工作； 3、跨团队协作：与算法、工程、设计等角色紧密协作，准确传达产品需求，跟进功能落地过程中的技术方案对齐与效果验收； 4、AI能力评估：参与大模型能力在具体业务场景中的应用评估，包括工具调用准确率分析、Function Call参数提取质量评估、工具调用链路设计等。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、每周至少出勤4天，实习时长不少于4个月，至少2段实习经历，有Agent相关的AI产品/策略产品/测评相关经历优先； 3、技术理解能力： 1）对大模型（LLM）的基本能力边界有认知，了解Agent、Function Call、Skill等概念； 2）能理解工具调用链路和API交互逻辑，具备与算法/研发团队讨论技术方案的基本能力； 3）对AI产品有深度使用经验，能从用户视角评估AI能力表现； 4、沟通能力： 1）具备优秀的书面表达能力，能独立产出结构清晰、逻辑严谨的策略文档和分析报告； 2）善于跨角色沟通，能将产品需求准确转译为技术侧可理解的描述，同时能将技术约束合理反馈到产品方案中； 5、Coding Agent使用能力： 1）了解Coding Agent类产品，并有使用相关产品设计自己的Agent的经历； 2）如果有已上线的代表作可以把链接附在简历里； 6、能够从日常工作中提炼产品需求，把重复性的日常工作流程沉淀为自动化产品；了解开放平台类产品的运行逻辑，了解开发者需求，能够同时从开发者和用户两个角度来考虑问题。
