团队介绍：AI 数据与安全团队为 Seed 基座模型及 AI 原生应用提供跨模态数据服务，覆盖数据生产全流程，包含模型评估标准的制定、数据规模化生产、数据飞轮搭建，不断提升数据质量，支持模型快速迭代。 团队由产品经理、数据工程、数据运营等跨职能人才组成，并通过与 Seed 研究员、行业专家、全球顶尖数据供应商紧密合作，从真实场景中收集反馈并分析模型表现数据，解决 AI 前沿突破过程中的复杂数据问题，推动模型性能与用户体验的双重提升。我们既是帮助模型技术迭代的一线贡献者，也是模型和 AI 产品的一手用户。

1、负责抖音、AI抖音双端大模型的策略运营工作，常态化对主流AI产品、大模型能力进行深度体验、拆解及全方位评测，精准输出评测数据与结论，对评测结果的真实性、专业性、有效性全权负责； 2、持续挖掘大模型线上运行问题，分类梳理模型幻觉、语义理解偏差、交互体验不佳、个性化需求适配不足等各类问题，推进问题整改落地、闭环迭代，保障模型体验持续优化，对问题推进落地效果负责； 3、主导搭建、迭代AI模型专属评测数据集（Benchmark）与标准化模型效果评价体系，结合反馈、线上用户实际数据等进行综合分析，定期输出专业评测分析报告； 4、参与模型Prompt优化、Agent智能体流程设计与打磨工作，联动产品、技术、算法团队推进大模型能力迭代、场景落地与效果优化，持续提升模型内容质量、交互能力与用户适配度，对模型应用效果负责。

1、本科及以上学历，有1年及以上AI内容运营相关经验，具备优秀的文字编辑、逻辑梳理与自主学习能力；拥有良好的内容质量判断力，可精准甄别AI内容优劣，敏锐感知用户个性化需求、使用痛点，贴合用户视角推进策略优化； 2、深度关注AIGC、大模型行业发展，对AI产品策略运营有浓厚兴趣，具备创新思维与精细化运营耐心；熟悉搜索、AI产品业务核心指标与用户体验指标，了解NDCG、GSB等模型评估方法者优先，拥有AI评测、大模型运营、Prompt优化相关工作经验者优先； 3、工作严谨细致、责任心强，具备优秀的环境适配能力，可快速跟进业务迭代节奏；拥有自驱力、执行力，能够高效落地各项评测、优化与迭代工作； 4、具备良好的跨部门沟通、复杂问题统筹协调能力，善于对接多团队推进问题闭环，熟练运用各类AI工具赋能工作，持续提升工作效率与工作质量。
