1、负责AI产品从试点验证到规模化使用的内容治理运营工作，制定用户分层及推广策略，完善新用户引导、功能推广、培训和使用支持机制，提升产品激活率、留存率及核心功能使用深度； 2、围绕产品的目标用户和应用场景，通过用户访谈、使用数据和反馈分析，识别用户需求、使用障碍及高价值场景，制定针对性的产品运营策略，并推动需求转化为产品优化方向； 3、理解大模型、Agent及工作流等产品能力，结合用户任务设计和优化提示词、应用模板及使用路径，沉淀可复用的实践案例，帮助用户建立合理预期，提升任务完成质量和使用效率； 4、建立覆盖用户使用、任务完成质量、效率及成本的评估体系，结合数据分析、典型案例和用户反馈识别效果问题，区分模型能力、产品体验和使用方式等影响因素，推动针对性优化； 5、建立用户反馈收集、问题归因及效果验证机制，基于用户价值和业务收益提出需求优先级建议，协同产品、算法和技术团队推进迭代，持续改善产品体验、使用效果和运营效率。

1、本科及以上学历，2年及以上产品运营、用户运营或产品运营工作经验，具备AI产品运营、推广落地或应用优化的实际经验； 2、熟悉大模型、Agent等AI产品的常见能力与使用方式，理解提示词、效果评测和人机协同的基本方法，能够基于用户任务判断产品的适用场景与能力边界； 3、具备较强的用户洞察和产品理解能力，能够从用户行为、使用反馈及典型案例中提炼问题，并转化为可执行的运营策略和产品需求； 4、具备良好的数据分析和效果评估能力，能够建立指标体系、拆解问题，并验证运营策略及产品迭代效果，熟悉SQL、Excel等数据分析工具者优先； 5、表达有逻辑，做事有条理，具备良好的目标拆解、项目推进和跨团队协作能力，能够独立推进运营项目，联动产品、算法和技术团队推动问题解决及目标达成； 6、有数据标注、内容治理、内容安全或产品运营业务经验者优先。
