1、负责抖音直播礼物玩法设计与迭代，围绕送礼、互动、消费等场景，提升付费转化率、ARPU和礼物消费规模； 2、结合LLM、AIGC、多模态能力，探索AI辅助互动玩法、礼物特效创意和消费氛围增强等方向； 3、拆解互动转化、礼物点击、付费链路等核心转化漏斗，持续提升用户互动意愿和付费转化效率； 4、与算法、研发、设计、运营等团队紧密协作，推动礼物玩法能力沉淀和规模化应用。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限，计算机、软件工程、人机交互等相关专业优先； 2、关注大模型、多模态AIGC应用，理解AI能力边界，能将模型能力转化为用户可感知的产品体验； 3、对直播互动、礼物消费、游戏化玩法和营收转化有兴趣，具备较好的用户洞察和产品思考； 4、数据意识较强，具备负责人意识和跨团队协作能力。
