1、需求对接：负责与业务方、运营、用户进行沟通，明确需求背景、目标与优先级，确保产品功能满足业务和用户的需求； 2、工具能力优化：深入了解多模态标注工具在工具层的基础图形标注、时序与音频、文本与结构化、专业领域支持、跨模态关联、多语言适配等能力，结合业务需求，对现有平台进行优化，确保覆盖全场景且专业高效； 3、自动化推进：利用模型预标注、主动学习、交互式标注等自动化能力，提升标注效率、降低成本；持续探索优化人机协同流程，确保自动化模块与人工标注紧密配合，实现标注流程的高效运作； 4、跨团队协作：在研发、测试、算法、运营等团队之间充当信息桥梁，解决协作障碍，推动团队间的高效合作； 5、问题跟踪与反馈：收集上线后的数据和反馈，推动问题闭环与产品迭代，不断提升产品的性能和用户体验。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、数据科学等相关专业优先； 2、有比较成熟的C端或B端平台产品迭代经验，熟悉数据标注、评测等相关业务，有多模态标注工具产品经验者优先； 3、深刻理解多模态标注工具的核心能力，熟悉工具层、自动化、质检、数据治理等模块； 4、对新技术和新方法保持敏锐的洞察力，能够不断探索提升多模态标注工具性能和效率的创新解决方案； 5、动手能力强，能够Vibe coding和Agent的搭建能力。
