1、负责猫箱App AI互动玩法的评测体系建设与持续迭代，参考实时互动生成模型的评测方式，定义评测维度、标准、样本、通过门槛和质量追踪机制，为模型能力提升和用户体验优化提供依据； 2、负责猫箱App多体裁内容多场景的分发策略，围绕多体裁消费规模、互动时长、留存、LT等核心指标，制定内容分发、流量匹配和策略优化方案； 3、通过数据定量分析、用户体验走查、案例研究和人工评审，识别影响用户行为的关键问题，判断问题来自模型能力、内容质量、供给结构、用户匹配还是分发策略，并推动解决； 4、将评测结论转化为可执行的模型迭代、内容标准和分发策略建议，协同算法、模型策略、数据分析、DMC/标注、内容运营及产品团队，推动从评测发现到模型优化、内容供给调整、分发实验上线的闭环； 5、设计并推进A/B实验和策略验证，量化模型迭代、内容质量优化和分发策略调整对业务核心指标的真实影响，持续提升用户的产品使用体验和内容消费效率。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上内容分发、推荐策略、内容质量策略、用户体验度量、对话AI产品或互动叙事产品相关工作经验，有内容分发、推荐策略、内容质量策略、用户体验度量、对话AI产品或互动叙事产品经验者优先；有大模型评测、AIGC产品或0→1创新项目经验者优先； 2、具备扎实的数据分析能力和实验设计意识，能够通过数据、案例和用户反馈发现问题、量化影响、提出方案并推动验证；熟悉SQL/Python或常用数据分析工具者优先； 3、具备较强的产品链路设计和策略抽象能力，能理解推荐、搜索、发现、Push等分发场景的基本机制，并能结合内容供给、用户需求和业务目标制定分发策略； 4、逻辑思维清晰，跨团队协同推动力强，能对等沟通算法、模型、数据和标注团队，也能向运营和业务侧讲清楚技术评测结论背后的用户体验含义； 5、对AIGC有信仰，对AI互动内容、角色陪伴、互动叙事和创新产品方向有真实兴趣；具备创业精神、自驱力和责任感，能在不确定性高、标准尚未完全成熟的阶段保持高效执行和持续探索。
