团队介绍：AI 数据与安全团队为 Seed 基座模型及 AI 原生应用提供跨模态数据服务，覆盖数据生产全流程，包含模型评估标准的制定、数据规模化生产、数据飞轮搭建，不断提升数据质量，支持模型快速迭代。 团队由产品经理、数据工程、数据运营等跨职能人才组成，并通过与 Seed 研究员、行业专家、全球顶尖数据供应商紧密合作，从真实场景中收集反馈并分析模型表现数据，解决 AI 前沿突破过程中的复杂数据问题，推动模型性能与用户体验的双重提升。我们既是帮助模型技术迭代的一线贡献者，也是模型和 AI 产品的一手用户。

1、AI训练数据市场调研与资源开发： 1）深度对接AI模型训练业务需求，全面梳理模型训练所需数据类型、数据标准及核心需求，开展系统性的行业与数据市场调研，精准把握AI数据行业发展趋势、市场格局、技术迭代及行业动态，获取一手市场信息； 2）依托市场调研结果，开展高质量数据资源开发工作，定向挖掘、拓展初创企业及优质数据供应商，搭建高效的供应商筛选与评估体系，精准对接匹配公司模型训练需求的优质数据资源，完成供应商资源拓展与引入，持续丰富公司优质供应商库，构建完善的AI数据供应商生态； 3）具备强策略性思维，对市场调研信息、供应商资源信息、行业数据进行深度策略性分析，提炼核心行业洞察与数据资源洞察，形成专业的分析报告，为公司AI模型训练、数据采购及业务布局提供决策支撑； 4）持续跟踪市场优质数据资源及潜在合作方，维护市场资源渠道，保持与市场一线的紧密连接，保障公司数据资源的前瞻性与优质性； 2、供应商落地交付与全生命周期管理： 1）负责新开发供应商的项目落地推进，组织开展供应商测试、资质审核及能力验证，确保供应商符合公司项目交付标准，推动供应商顺利接入内部项目，完成从资源开发到项目落地的全流程衔接； 2）主导供应商商务全流程工作，包括合同谈判、条款拟定、成本管控及合规审核，在保障公司利益的前提下，达成高效、合规的商务合作，优化合作条款与合作模式； 3）负责供应商项目交付管理，对接内外部需求方，针对需求清晰/模糊、沟通难度不同的各类需求方，高效完成需求梳理、沟通协调，做好内外部预期管理，推动供应商按项目要求完成数据交付，保障项目交付进度与交付质量，助力公司整体交付目标达成； 4）开展供应商关系日常维护与管理，建立长期稳定的合作关系，定期对供应商履约情况、服务质量、交付能力进行复盘与评估，优化供应商管理体系；同时基于供应商合作数据、交付数据开展数据分析工作，输出供应商管理与项目交付分析报告，持续提升供应商管理效率与合作价值。

1、本科及以上学历，市场营销、商务管理、数据分析、人工智能、计算机相关专业优先，有AI数据行业相关学习或背景者可放宽； 2、2年及以上AI数据服务、数据资源开发、供应商拓展、商务谈判相关工作经验；熟悉AI模型训练数据市场，了解市场主流数据类型、供应商类型及行业资源分布者优先；有AI数据公司工作经验者优先； 3、具备策略性思维，能独立开展市场调研、行业分析，快速提炼有效洞察，具备优秀的逻辑分析、信息整合与问题解决能力； 4、拥有出色的供应商挖掘、渠道拓展能力，具备丰富的商务拓展经验，能快速对接优质资源，精准匹配公司业务需求，学习能力强，可快速适配新行业、新需求； 5、具备优秀的沟通表达、谈判与人际协调能力，能高效对接内外部多方主体，灵活处理各类沟通场景，做好需求与预期管理，应对复杂沟通与需求对接工作； 6、具备基础的项目管理思维，能合理规划供应商落地、项目交付全流程，把控交付进度、质量与风险，保障项目顺利落地；具备基础的数据整理、分析与报告撰写能力，能通过数据挖掘问题、优化工作流程；头脑灵活、悟性高，具备执行力，做事严谨细致、有责任心，具备良好的团队协作意识与商业敏感度。
