1、基于公司战略需要，承接产品研发AI专项，进行LLM模型训练数据样本集标注、模型迭代效果评估、行业应用调研，以及安全合规保障等任务，与上游产品技术通力合作，共同推进业务目标达成； 2、持续关注AI行业，包括但不限于Chat-GPT、大语言模型、AIGC等，及时了解行业最新技术，对数据标注、模型训练、模型评估等工作方式持续更新赋能； 3、对队列交付中的环节负责，包括但不限于需求分析、承接、方案定制及训练、质检、交付等，具备突发疑难问题的解决能力； 4、带领团队设计和实现大语言模型方向AI训练流程，并不断优化迭代，带领团队高效完成标注和内容生产项目，负责团队业务规划、目标管理以及人效管理工作，与上下游团队充分沟通协作，关注团队效果数据和目标达成； 5、建设AI内容质量管理体系，并对质量结果负责，持续进行问题诊断、数据分析、模型优化等工作。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上模型运营相关工作经验，具备搜索、人工智能相关的产品/技术背景优先； 2、具备较强的产品和技术协同合作的能力，擅长收集分析定位问题，制定改进方案和优先级，并推进问题的实施，跟进改进效果并进行衡量； 3、关注产品，了解AI行业的动态趋势，对主流Chat-GPT、AIGC的相关产品有所了解； 4、对ChatGPT，GPT-4等模型有深入研究且有实际训练经验者优先； 5、对数据敏感，有良好的数据分析能力，善于总结问题并能积极推进问题的解决； 6、具备强烈服务意识、领导力、创新能力、开阔视野、能保持高度工作热情，出色的业务沟通、内部协调及项目管控能力。
