1、负责集团信息系统AI方向的相关客户端研发工作； 2、负责搭建客户端的应用架构、Agent框架，突破技术难点，优化产品体验和性能，保障质量风险等，高效高质量地完成技术研发工作； 3、负责大模型应用落地全流程工作，包括但不限于数据、训练、评测、推理部署，以及工程链路的建设； 4、深度参与产品研发项目，和产品经理、业务研发、质量等同学密切配合，提高项目整体收益。

1、了解LLM基础知识，熟练使用各类AI工具，理解LLM的基础概念；能够熟练使用Agent工具链，搭建多Agent架构、多模型的工作流，优先考虑； 2、熟悉iOS/Android/HMOS原生开发，熟悉React等跨端技术，有良好的架构设计能力、性能优化能力； 3、具备良好的产品思维和业务理解力，能够深刻理解电商导购、短视频、内容创作的价值，并将其转化为技术实现； 4、具备创业精神，沟通能力强，对AI有热情，积极乐观；与团队共同在AI赛道上快速成长。
