团队介绍：AI 数据与安全团队为 Seed 基座模型及 AI 原生应用提供跨模态数据服务，覆盖数据生产全流程，包含模型评估标准的制定、数据规模化生产、数据飞轮搭建，不断提升数据质量，支持模型快速迭代。 团队由产品经理、数据工程、数据运营等跨职能人才组成，并通过与 Seed 研究员、行业专家、全球顶尖数据供应商紧密合作，从真实场景中收集反馈并分析模型表现数据，解决 AI 前沿突破过程中的复杂数据问题，推动模型性能与用户体验的双重提升。我们既是帮助模型技术迭代的一线贡献者，也是模型和 AI 产品的一手用户。

1、深入参与多模态AI助手、硬件Agent等相关项目，负责意图Function Call或者Memory、工具调用、任务执行链路等方向的数据采集、生产与效果优化工作； 2、快速理解业务理想态和数据标准，沉淀Agent场景下的数据规范、评测标准和优化方法，为模型训练、Agent能力建设和项目迭代提供数据策略与建议； 3、围绕Agent开发项目中的突出问题进行专项攻坚，参与问题分析、数据补充、Prompt优化、Workflow设计、工具调用链路优化等工作，提升Agent在真实任务中的执行效果； 4、参与Skill开发、Agent能力开发和工作流搭建，包括需求理解、能力拆解、Prompt编写、工具编排、结果评估与持续优化等环节，提高团队在多场景Agent项目中的复用效率。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、软件工程、数据科学等相关专业优先； 2、理解Context、工具调用、Function Calling、Agent等基础能力和常见应用方式，熟练使用Python语言，具备对结构化数据的分析与建模能力，脚本开发和问题分析能力，能独立完成数据清洗、格式转换、批量处理、结果统计等工作； 3、有Agent开发、Skill开发、工作流搭建、AI工具调用、插件开发、自动化脚本开发等相关经验优先，提升模型在意图理解、信息抽取、任务执行、结果生成等场景下的准确性和稳定性； 4、有较强的自驱力、学习能力和沟通协作能力，具备一定自然语言类数据处理经验，熟悉LLM数据标注、数据评估、负面案例分析流程，能借助Claude Code、Codex、TRAE等AI工具完成代码生成、调试、数据处理。
