1、负责云基础、AI Agent类产品的整体运营策略制定与落地，针对企业客户、开发者、个人用户等不同用户群体设计精细化运营方案，提升产品渗透率、使用率与客户满意度； 2、构建分层与场景化运营体系，挖掘核心使用场景与用户痛点，通过产品引导、内容触达、活动运营等手段提升用户活跃度、留存与粘性； 3、搭建产品核心指标体系，持续监控、分析用户行为，输出数据洞察，驱动产品功能迭代与用户体验优化，负责产品版本迭代推广与高价值功能运营，策划并执行功能推广、用户教育活动，输出产品文档、最佳实践、培训材料，帮助用户充分释放产品价值； 4、协同产品、研发、市场、商务等团队，推动运营项目落地，达成产品增长、商业化与生态建设目标。

1、3–5年互联网产品运营/技术产品相关经验，有To B产品、开发者产品、云计算或AI产品运营经验优先； 2、具备AI Agent、大模型相关基础认知，理解技术产品的能力边界与主流应用形态； 3、具备强产品思维与价值拆解能力，能将复杂技术能力转化为用户可感知、可落地、可衡量的业务价值； 4、数据驱动能力突出，熟悉用户增长、产品运营指标体系，能从数据中发现问题、定位增长机会并落地优化； 5、优秀的跨部门沟通与项目推进能力，能高效协同产品研发、商务、市场等多方资源，推动复杂项目落地； 6、自驱力强，能主动发现问题、推动闭环解决。
