1、负责抖音搜索策略产品工作，能够深入用户搜索体验，发现问题，提出解决方案； 2、参与抖音搜索AI Agent方向产品工作，协同算法/工程团队落地AI Agent驱动的搜索排序方案； 3、负责基于搜索AI Agent框架的搜索需求挖掘和理解、工具调用、多轮追问等模块的效果优化。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，具备计算机相关专业背景； 2、有一定的编程和数据能力，了解算法和大语言模型等方面知识；有AI/大模型策略、搜索策略、或在搜索场景应用大模型的相关经验者优先； 3、熟悉大模型/AI的基本原理，对AI Agent/LLM应用产品有理解和认知者优先； 4、自驱、学习能力强；逻辑清晰，数据分析能力强；沟通协同能力强。
