1、参与数据合成平台、工具平台、强化学习环境管理平台的功能设计与系统实现，围绕工作流搭建、任务编排等场景，构建高可用、易扩展、可持续演进的平台产品能力； 2、负责平台前后端一体化架构设计与工程优化，提升复杂页面交互性能、服务稳定性与系统可维护性，支撑多角色、多场景下的平台高效使用； 3、深度参与AI能力接入与平台封装，推动模型、工具、环境、执行链路、评测能力在产品侧形成统一、清晰、可操作的使用体验，降低业务接入门槛。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能等相关专业；熟悉大模型训练范式，对强化学习生态有基础认知； 2、擅长Vibe Coding/Spec Coding，熟练掌握至少一种前端技术栈与一种后端开发语言，能够独立完成复杂平台的前后端设计、开发与联调，具备较强的工程抽象与模块拆分能力； 3、优秀的跨团队协作能力，能够连接研究设想与工程落地，加速前沿模型能力的验证与迭代； 4、具备良好的负责人意识和自我驱动力，对AGI技术抱有强烈热情。
