1、负责搭建Misinfo（误导性信息/虚假信息）及AIGC内容治理相关的Agentic Workflow体系，设计可插拔、高适配的平台架构，涵盖检索、逻辑推理、结果校验、标签打标、处置策略等全流程环节，支撑内容安全业务的高效落地； 2、深度结合To C内容平台的业务特性，针对政治、医药、气候、新闻四大核心垂类的虚假信息治理需求，优化Workflow中的核心模块，如RAG检索增强、CoT思维链拆解、大模型逻辑推理等能力的落地与效果调优； 3、联动算法、研发、风控审核等团队，推动Workflow平台的技术落地与功能迭代，定义平台能力边界、接口标准和效果评估体系，确保平台能快速响应业务侧的内容安全治理需求； 4、持续跟进大模型技术在内容安全领域的应用趋势，结合业务实际场景迭代Workflow策略，解决高曝光、高VV的虚假信息治理问题，提升内容安全检测的准确率和效率； 5、与Trust和Safety等相关团队建立高效的协作机制，整合外部技术能力与内部业务需求，避免重复开发，实现技术能力与业务场景的深度耦合。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先； 2、具有良好的英语听写能力和沟通能力； 3、具备逻辑分析与策略推演能力，对待数据与文档严谨细致，能主动跟进项目细节； 4、熟悉大模型原理，具备优秀的Prompt Engineering调优经验，能通过调整策略解决复杂生成问题优先。
