1、负责国际电商多模态内容（视频/图文）AIGC能力的工程化落地，设计并构建稳定、可控、可规模化的内容生成系统； 2、搭建大模型Prompt/Workflow编排体系，实现内容一致性控制、质量评估与自动优化闭环； 3、结合电商场景特点，建设面向商家/达人/运营的内容生产平台，提升内容供给效率与转化效果； 4、关注生成成本、时延、稳定性与风控问题，推动AIGC系统的工程化与产品化升级。

1、本科及以上学历，具备2年以上后端或系统架构经验，计算机基础和代码能力扎实（至少精通一门语言Go/C++/Java/Python等），有大模型应用落地经验优先； 2、熟悉LLM/多模态模型的应用模式（RAG/Agent/Tool Calling/Workflow编排等）； 3、有高并发系统设计经验，理解服务治理、性能优化与成本控制； 4、有Prompt Engineering或AIGC内容生成实践经验（视频/图文优先）； 5、有优秀的问题拆解分析能力，跨团队沟通协调能力优先。
