1、负责Aime桌面端/Web产品的前端研发工作，面向通用任务型智能体产品，参与核心对话交互、任务流、工具调用、工作空间、多模态输入输出等能力建设； 2、负责复杂Agent能力的产品化呈现，包括任务规划与执行可视化、实时状态流展示、生成式UI（Generative UI）、文件与文档处理、浏览器自动化、本地工具调用、权限确认与人工接管等，将复杂的Agent行为以清晰、可控、可信任的方式呈现给用户； 3、负责桌面端/Web前端架构设计与工程实现，建设高质量的UI组件体系、状态管理、任务编排视图、多窗口/多面板交互、错误恢复、历史记录与上下文管理等基础能力； 4、参与Electron等桌面端技术栈建设，打通前端与本地系统能力——文件系统、终端、浏览器、剪贴板、通知、系统权限、屏幕感知、本地服务与沙箱环境，为Agent操作桌面环境提供稳定、安全、流畅的基础； 5、参与Agent能力扩展体系建设，包括技能/工具的动态加载、MCP等协议接入、插件生态等，支持产品能力的快速生长；持续跟进LLM与Agent领域的最新进展，结合桌面端场景探索创新交互方案。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先，具备扎实的计算机基础、数据结构与算法能力，以及良好的工程判断力； 2、熟练掌握JavaScript/TypeScript，熟悉至少一种主流前端框架（如React、Vue.js），有复杂前端应用或桌面端应用的开发经验； 3、熟悉Electron、Tauri或其他跨平台桌面端技术，理解主进程/渲染进程模型、IPC通信、本地资源访问、权限控制、打包分发与自动更新，关注启动速度、内存占用与长会话稳定性； 4、具备复杂交互、高信息密度产品的开发经验，能够设计并实现清晰、稳定、可扩展的任务流UI、实时流式输出（SSE/WebSocket）、长任务状态管理与异常恢复体验； 5、熟悉前端工程化实践，包括模块化、组件化、状态管理、构建工具（Vite、Rollup、Webpack等）、性能优化、自动化测试与持续集成； 6、具备良好的代码规范、版本控制、技术文档与团队协作能力，能够在快速迭代的产品环境中平衡体验、质量和交付效率。

具备以下经验者优先 1、有AI产品前端研发经验，熟悉流式对话、任务编排、上下文管理、工具调用结果展示、Agent执行链路可视化等交互形态； 2、有生成式UI、动态渲染、协议/DSL驱动UI等方向的实践经验，能够将模型输出转化为结构化、可交互的界面； 3、熟悉macOS/Windows原生开发（Swift/Objective-C、C++/Rust等），有JS与原生桥接经验，了解系统辅助功能（Accessibility）、屏幕捕获等系统API； 4、熟悉MCP、插件系统、工具生态、沙箱执行环境、本地服务编排等相关设计；具备Node.js、Rust、Go等本地侧开发能力； 5、有IDE、开发者工具、效率工具、浏览器自动化或本地工作台类产品经验；深度使用过主流AI编程工具或通用Agent产品，对AI原生交互有自己的理解； 6、有开源项目贡献经验，或在前端、AI工具、开发者工具社区中活跃者优先。
