1、负责AIMV创作平台的产品运营，围绕创作者需求与AI能力推动产品迭代、用户增长与推广，提升使用率、创作者活跃与优质内容供给，能独立完成从问题发现到落地复盘，监控数据、评估效果、定期复盘，独立推动项目落地； 2、制定运营策略，优化用户规模、渗透、转化、活跃留存与内容供给等核心指标，洞察创作者需求，维护需求池，协同团队推动需求评审与迭代上线； 3、跟踪图片、视频、音乐及多模态模型与Agent趋势，提出评测需求并输出选型、接入与应用建议，建立负面案例分析机制，联动产品、评测、算法与研发推动迭代闭环； 4、负责用户增长与创作者运营，做好招募激活、促活留存，策划活动与激励； 5、负责平台及新功能的上线宣传推广，含卖点提炼、用户教育、内容教程与案例、渠道协同。

1、本科及以上学历，有产品运营、用户增长或创作者运营经验，熟悉需求从发现到复盘全流程； 2、对生成式AI理解较深，熟悉主流生成产品及Agent应用，能做行业调研与场景分析； 3、问题分析能力强，能结合场景分析负面案例并推动闭环，独立制定并落地运营方案； 4、具备数据分析、内容策划、项目管理与协作能力，自驱力强、策略与执行兼顾。

加分项 1、有AI创作工具、视频或创作者平台经验； 2、有AI接入、Agent、Prompt或工作流经验； 3、有从0到1搭建运营或用户服务体系经验。
