1、建设与迭代TikTok Shop Affiliate的AI智能化产品，为商家和达人提供更高效、好用的AI工具与服务能力； 2、面向全球市场，从平台、商家、达人等多角色视角分析业务链路，围绕商家/达人在平台的成长链路，探索并落地从入驻签约、达人/商品推荐、平台撮合、咨询服务、经营诊断等，提升商家与达人的匹配效率、经营效果和服务满意度； 3、深入调研商家、达人的现状和诉求，结合平台现有能力进行洞察、诊断，为AI化产品改造提供高可行性的建议； 4、借助AI工具优化内部SOP、FAQ、Wiki等知识管理体系，高效分析业务数据与标杆案例，沉淀方法论，推动跨团队协同，并持续监控效果、复盘总结。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，数据科学、计算机、AI等相关专业优先； 2、有电商、交易、AI产品等相关实践经验者优先；有相关实践经验者优先；目标&结果导向，具备较强的业务理解、产品判断能力、数据意识、逻辑分析和学习能力，能够结合数据、调研和行业观察持续推动产品迭代； 3、关注AI/大模型在内容生产、选品备货和经营提效中的应用； 4、具备优秀的沟通协作能力、自驱力和责任心，能够适应国际化业务环境，英语可作为工作语言。
