日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责商业化内容安全方向的策略能力设计与优化，结合业务风险目标、数据分析和大模型/多模态模型能力，设计更高效、可迭代的风险识别、处置与评估机制； 2、负责大模型平台的产品能力建设，围绕策略生产、人机协同等场景，抽象平台化能力，提升策略建设效率和业务支撑能力； 3、结合业务目标与一线问题，分析风险数据、业务反馈和平台使用情况，持续优化产品功能、策略配置能力和协作体验，支撑业务快速发展； 4、对接业务方、研发、运营等多方，完成需求调研、方案设计、PRD输出与项目推进，协调资源推动能力落地，并对最终效果负责。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、有大模型、B端平台或风控策略相关经验优先，具备优秀的产品思维、策略思维和解决方案能力，逻辑清晰，能够从复杂业务问题中抽象出可落地的平台能力和策略机制； 3、具备较强的数据分析能力，能够基于数据发现问题、评估效果，并推动策略与产品持续迭代； 4、具备良好的沟通协作和项目推进能力，能在多业务、多角色协作环境中推动需求落地； 5、有较强的自我驱动力、责任心，对AI技术在业务场景中的落地有持续兴趣。
