1、本科及以上学历，3~5年游戏运营工作经验，有AI游戏、AIGC内容、小游戏、UGC游戏平台运营经验者优先； 2、熟悉游戏开发基本逻辑，了解主流AI游戏生成工具、AIGC互动内容形态，清楚独立游戏开发者、UGC创作者的痛点与需求，热爱游戏行业； 3、热爱游戏行业，持续关注前沿AI技术及玩法形态演进，具备主动探索与自驱学习能力者优先； 4、有独立游戏开发者资源/AI创作社群资源、有爆款内容孵化/创作者扶持成功案例者优先。
