1、为字节跳动-AI文件存储方向的产品竞争力负责，规划内容包括高性能并行文件系统的产品竞争力、架构先进性、成本、AI Agent应用生态集成等，会需要与公司各业务线做紧密对接，理解客户业务场景，进行产品规划、设计、商业化落地等产品工作； 2、与研发团队深度配合，跟进产品技术关键架构和指标，结合技术栈特点以及业界发展趋势进行排期和设计； 3、需要紧密分析智能文件存储领域的发展，并学习理解AI大模型训练、推理、AI Agent应用等场景范式，思考产品创新结合点，并挖掘判断产品技术演进的趋势，并布局有竞争力的规划； 4、为产品的商业化指标负责，与运营和SA团队深度配合，洞悉客户需求，针对需求进行拆解和分析，做好产品需求和资源诉求的规划和落地。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上产品经理工作经验； 2、有过云存储、AI模型训练/推理等产品经理或研发经验，主导或深度参与过其中一款云计算产品； 3、有良好的技术理解能力，有相关研发或产品设计经验者优先； 4、有对客经验，乐于对客交流沟通。
