1、负责AI产品的用户社区与社群日常运营，制定有效的运营策略和管理思路，对用户的活跃度、留存率和规模增长负责； 2、收集并整理各渠道用户的真实反馈、使用场景和相关数据，提取有价值的信息，为产品团队的迭代提供直接建议，并推动建议落地； 3、与市场、产品团队合作，策划并组织产品内测、体验官等活动，收集和整理优秀的用户使用案例，提升产品的知名度与口碑； 4、搭建用户参与产品共创的社区环境，建立清晰的用户分层与奖励机制，提升核心用户的活跃度与归属感。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上科技产品用户运营经验； 2、具备扎实的社群运营、活动策划、内容编写及数据分析能力； 3、同理心强，能够站在用户视角思考问题，对社区经营有热情，具备基础的品牌意识； 4、具备团队合作精神与自我驱动力，能在工作中主动思考并提出创新的解决思路。
