1、本科及以上学历，3-5年营销增长经理工作经验； 2、内容敏感度高，网感好，熟悉平台品类特色和用户消费特点，具备丰富的爆款打造及整合营销策划经验； 3、有内容策划和运营经验，熟悉达人生态、内容生产、趋势化传播的整体链路； 4、主动性强，有相当高的学习和自驱力，有较好的沟通协作能力，AI产品深度用户，或对AI行业有充分的热爱优先。
