1、对接国际商业化算法团队，承接模型训练、模型评测及Agent优化相关的标注数据需求； 2、梳理数据质量、样本比例等交付要求，制定清晰、易执行的数据生产指南； 3、完成小规模数据标注，并协调标注团队完成大规模数据交付； 4、通过数据分析、自动化校验和数据清洗，保障交付数据的质量与可用性； 5、借助Vibe coding搭建简单实用的标注工具，提升数据生产效率； 6、持续优化项目流程，识别风险并推动项目按时交付。

1、应届毕业生或3年以内数据研发工作经验，计算机、数据分析、统计等相关背景优先； 2、对人工智能、机器学习、数据标注等领域有兴趣，了解模型训练和评测基本概念； 3、具备较好的数据分析、逻辑思考和问题解决能力； 4、熟练使用Excel、SQL，掌握Python、R等脚本语言者优先； 5、具备一定的Vibe coding能力，能够快速搭建数据处理或标注工具； 6、积极主动，具备良好的沟通协作和项目推进能力。
