1、负责视觉搜索需求理解与AI满足模块的策略效果； 2、拆解视觉搜索用户意图，建设需求理解、AI卡触发、内容生成和结果承接策略； 3、结合大模型能力，设计Prompt、Skill和工具调用链路，推动模型能力在视觉搜索场景落地； 4、配合搭建评估体系，通过负面案例分析、数据监控、自动化评测和AB实验，推动策略迭代； 5、协同产品、算法、研发、数据和标注团队，完成从问题定义到上线验证的闭环。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网策略运营工作经验，1年以上搜推/AI产品运营或策略运营经验； 2、熟悉大模型应用，理解Prompt Engineering、Agent、RAG、工具调用、模型评测等基础能力； 3、有Skill设计或搭建经验，能独立完成场景定义、Prompt设计、链路编排、效果评估和迭代优化； 4、数据分析和问题拆解能力强，能基于案例和指标推动策略优化。
